Jennifer Santiago

Jennifer Santiago is a founding partner of Care Solutions, LLC, and an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (APRN) who has lived in Brevard County since 2003. She was born in San Antonio, Texas, earning her Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Professions, Magna Cum Laude, at Texas State University in 1998. As a Navy wife, she moved to Central Florida where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and Masters of Science Degree in Nursing at the University of Central Florida. She has specialized in working with the elderly in assisted living facilities and nursing homes. She focuses on wellbeing and maintaining functional health of the aging, managing both acute and chronic conditions.
Kristin Murphy
Board Certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practicioner
Kristin Murphy is an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (APRN) who lives in Brevard County. She has her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing degrees specializing in geriatrics with extensive background in internal medicine. Kristin is known for her years of experience in treating our geriatric population in Brevard County.

She has over 20 years of experience in Internal Medicine, Assisted Living and Long-term Care. Meghan enjoys more complicated cases and getting to know her patients and families. She loves her community and treats her patients with care and insight.
Shannon Kazman

Shannon Kazman is a board-certified nurse practitioner with over two decades of clinical experience spanning primary care, emergency medicine, gastroenterology, interventional radiology and complex chronic disease management. Known for her calm presence, clinical insight, and deep respect for patient autonomy. Shannon brings high-quality medical care directly to patients who need it most—those for whom traditional office visits may pose a challenge. Her practice focuses on compassionate, home-based care that prioritizes longer visits, clear communication, and truly individualized treatment. Shannon believes that meaningful care begins not with a chart, but with a conversation.
